The original rare box shaped form was found during a kiva excavation project in Sand Canyon, Colorado. Only a few other "square cornered" pieces from Pueblo III times have ever been found in the Four Corners, including mugs. This box offers lots of impact for its size. Satin gray slip, excellent black paint with whimsical bird form painted inside.
